AI Consistent UGC Character Ad Agent

A fully automated n8n system that turns a product + person + scenario into a complete UGC character-consistent video, using OpenRouter, Gemini, and KIE VEO3.

This automation pulls tasks from Google Sheets, generates consistent UGC images, turns them into VEO-ready prompts, renders a video, uploads the result, and updates the row as Completed or Failed.

• Generates Start Frame + End Frame prompts using NanoBanana format
• Builds a VEO3-compatible script using a dedicated system prompt
• Sends everything to KIE VEO to generate video
• Polls until video is ready
• Uploads images & collects final URLs
• Updates success/failure back to Sheets
